Synthetic stone — known in the trade as mineral composite or solder pallet material — is a glass-fibre and epoxy composite built for the soldering line: it rides out 260 °C lead-free reflow peaks with low thermal conductivity and low water uptake, so pallets stay flat and hold tolerance shift after shift. We stock sheets from 2 to 20 mm and CNC-mill pallets, carriers and fixture parts to your DXF.
