PTFE Virgin Sheet, Rod and Tube
Lowest friction of any solid, −200 °C to +260 °C, universal chemical resistance.
The lowest friction coefficient of any solid and the widest chemical resistance — from −200 °C to +260 °C.
PTFE sheet, rod and tube are supplied in virgin and filled grades. Glass-filled PTFE improves wear and creep; graphite-filled PTFE adds thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. Used for gaskets, seals, linings and electrical insulators.

Cut to size from stock, or machined to your drawing. Ask about sizes not listed — we can bring in non-standard sections.
Lowest friction of any solid, −200 °C to +260 °C, universal chemical resistance.
Glass-filled PTFE with 4× better wear resistance and reduced creep under load.
The benchmark high-performance thermoplastic: 250 °C continuous, near-universal chemical resistance, machinable to tight tolerance.
High stiffness, low friction and outstanding dimensional stability — the default choice for precision mechanical parts.
Excellent chemical resistance and 220 °C capability at a fraction of PEEK cost — the workhorse of the chemical industry.
