What is your minimum order quantity?
For stock shapes we can cut any size, so a single plate or one length of rod is a legitimate order. There is no artificial MOQ. Machined parts start from one piece; only economy of scale changes the unit price.
How fast can you ship?
Cut-to-size items from stock leave within 48 hours of order confirmation. CNC-machined parts typically take 5–10 working days depending on complexity. Air freight to Europe or North America takes 3–5 days transit; sea freight 25–35 days.
Can you machine parts to my drawing?
Yes. Send DXF, STEP, STP or a dimensioned PDF. We will quote, and if a tolerance or feature will not work in that material we will tell you before we cut metal — or rather, plastic.
Do you provide material certificates?
Every shipment includes a certificate of conformity with material grade, colour, lot number and manufacturing date. FDA, EU 10/2011, ISO 10993 and NORSOK documentation can be supplied where the grade supports it.
Which payment terms do you accept?
For new customers we ask for 30% deposit with balance against the bill of lading copy, by T/T. For repeat customers we can discuss 30–60 day terms. Letter of credit at sight is accepted for larger orders.
Can you help me choose a material?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing we do. Tell us the operating temperature, the load, the chemical media and how the part slides or seals, and we will recommend two or three candidate grades with the trade-offs spelled out.
Do you supply small samples?
We send free 100 × 100 mm sample plates for evaluation, you cover the courier. For PEEK and other premium grades we can supply a smaller coupon on request.
Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
Both. We extrude and cast a range of engineering plastics at our Dongguan facility and we also stock and machine a full portfolio of imported grades. That means one order can cover both commodity and specialist items.
