ISO 9001:2015 复审认证通过——对客户意味着哪些变化

我们已完成 ISO 9001:2015 复审认证审核，未出现重大不符合项。证书已续期，但更有价值的问题是厂内实际发生了什么变化。

Two things. First, lot traceability now travels backwards through the incoming inspection record to the polymer supplier's own batch number, not just to the delivery note. If a customer reports an issue eighteen months after shipment, we can still reconstruct the raw material batch.

其二，供应商管控现采用评分制。来料树脂与型材按尺寸一致性、颜色稳定性和文件完整性进行评估，低于阈值的供应商须执行纠正措施计划。实际上，这正是为阻止那种缓慢漂移——牌号名义相同，六个月后加工表现却变了。
